We offer peace of mind to every client of the Bath House because they know we give the time, energy and kindness they deserve for their satisfaction and their pets comfort. The welcoming staff of The Bath House has a combined experience of over 60 years, and this shows in the pride and care that is taken with every pet.. Everything possible has been done for each pets comfort and safety. The Bath House is kept clean and sanitary. Only the best shampoos, conditioners and skin treatments are used ,we use organic products when possible. Whether a pet receives a “hair style” or not, every pet’s service includes a Bath, Blueberry Facial, Blow Dry, Clipped Nails, Ears Cleaned, Brush-out, Cologne, Bandanas or Bows, Playtime, Potty Walks and Treats. Our clients even receive a courtesy call when their pets are ready to go home. In order to provide the professional service each client expects from our grooming staff, The Bath House respectfully requests the following policies be observed The Golden Rules 1. Please offer your pet only light water and no food on the morning of your grooming appointment. We do offer water as well as a variety of treats during your pets stay with us. Please let us know if your pet has any dietary restrictions. 2. Please bring a leash and allow your dog to go potty in our grass before entering the Shop, even if they just went to the bathroom before leaving home. For your convenience a “Waste Station” including bags is located outside. 3. Things come up, and we understand, however… if you are delayed or need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible, if after hours please leave a message. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time for you. 4. Remember we close at 5:30 weekdays and 4:00 Saturdays 5. Please make sure you are on time COME FOR THE EXPERIENCE Additional services Tooth brushing: Is not only for cosmetics, but more importantly to benefit your pets health. This is recommended by most veterinarians, and is sanitary and pain free. Excellent for bad breath and can be done with your pets grooming for a small additional fee. Great for both dogs and cats. This is a surface brushing, not to be confused with the dental cleaning that veterinarians offer. Anals: Nobody likes to talk about expressing anal glands—Butt… if your dog does the booty scoot, you may want let us know. Doggie Daycare: A house full of guests? The stress of carpet cleaning? They groom both dogs and cats. The facility of very clean and sanitary. They use top of the line shampoos, conditioners and skin treatments and they don't charge extra for this. Every service includes a warm bath, a blow dry, nail clipping, ears cleaned, a brush-out, cologne, bow tie and a treat. Also if you ask they will polish your pets nails. An additional service that they offer is tooth brushing for $5.00. Each tooth brushing includes your pets own personal dental kit. This isn't the same teeth cleaning that the vet does when they put your pet under anesthesia. This is a surface brushing.
